Role Overview

Were seeking a motivated and customer-focused Loan Officer to join our dynamic team. At Beeline, youll leverage cutting-edge toolsincluding CRM and integrated dialerto connect with prospective borrowers, manage your pipeline efficiently, and deliver an exceptional client experience. This role is perfect for a sales-driven professional who thrives in a high-tech, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Originate residential mortgage loans (QM and non-QM) while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

• Build and manage a strong pipeline of borrowers using our advanced CRM and dialer system.

• Educate borrowers on loan options, guiding them through Beelines streamlined digital process.

• Partner with processors, underwriters, and closers to ensure smooth loan progression from application through funding.

• Maintain expert knowledge of Beelines product suite, pricing, and industry trends.

• Deliver exceptional service that builds long-term client relationships and drives referrals.

• Work Schedule: Monday-Friday (1 weekend per month)
  

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a licensed loan officer (preferably direct-to-consumer)
• Youre comfortable with technology and working in a dialer
• High emotional intelligence and empathy
• Great communication in all channels phone, email, SMS
• Ability to multitask and be comfortable working at a fast pace
• Be well organized and clear thinking
• You are a problem solver
• Prior hospitality experience is a plus
• Expertise in investment properties is a plus
