1. First, make sure both sides of the print head cover are clean.
Verify that both sides of this red mark region are clean. and a solution that is clean but washable.
2. The problem persists after cleaning the print head cover; make sure the prints are clean.
If there is an ink deposit, clean the yellow mark area.
3. Verify the nozzle’s alignment after cleaning this area.
Follow these steps if alignment is incorrect since it indicates that alignment is awry.
